MRG offers our member clients several payment options for your convenience to make payments towards your assessments or homeowner account.  It is vital to the operation of your community and each owner’s responsibility to ensure your account is current.

ONLINE PAYMENTS – payment source

  • Your options are a “one time” payment or “New Recurring” payments

To make your one-time payments with your credit card, debit card, or e-check please click here. in order to make your payment online.  By clicking the link, you will be navigating away from the Montage website.

Before selecting the link, you must know your Login/Email and Password.  In addition, have your association account number, your credit or debit card information or checking account number with routing number available in order to complete your transaction.

  • Proceed to “Pay Assessments”

If this is your first time registering, click “Homeowner Login”

  • Click “Register”
  • Complete the “Account Registration” Form and click the submit button.
  • You will be sent an email with your new login and password information. You may change your password at any time.
  • Once you receive your login and password you will be able to enter the site to make your payment and access the community website.

Note – If you do not know your account number at time of registration, you will still be able to register and note your account number next time you log-in.

Please note that using a credit will incur a charge by the credit card company.  This processing fee is not a fee from your association, nor is it a charge by the management company. Fees vary based on amount paid.  Approximately 3.25% of payment.  This is just an estimate and may vary based on credit card merchant.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR PROCESSING

To make your payment by mail you must accompany your check with your payment coupon or statement.  Additionally, please include your property address or account number on the memo line of your check, money order or cashier check.

Please make sure you insert your community name in the Payee section and NOT MRG or Montage Realty Group.

  • If you have multiple units in the same community or in different communities, you must submit a coupon for each account.
  • Also all payments are going to a lock-box and payment processing center. Do not send any correspondence along with your payment – MRG will not receive it! 
  • Do not mail checks to our office and please remember we do not and cannot accept any payments at our office.

Any deviation from these steps can cause delay in processing
